1. You fill out our web based form, and provide us with details of your diamond jewellery, including some photos and if available, your diamonds certificate. 
    
2. We will indicate if your jewellery meets our minimum criteria for purchase.  Provided it does, we will contact you via phone or email (you can specify your preference) and arrange an appointment. 
    
3. We will meet you in Dublin City Centre, and have your examined by one of our professional valuers, and offer you a quote.  If you are happy to accept this, we will transfer the funds into your account within 24 hours, or if you prefer, issue you with a bank draft within the same timeframe.
